The paper studies characteristics of the public sentiment among peasantry “revolutionary turning point” generation (born at turn XIX—XX centuries). relevance chosen topic lies in need to carry out a comprehensive study state opinion villagers 1920—1930s through prism “generational” section. Based on wide range archival documents and periodicals, most which are introduced into scientific circulation for first time, focuses analysis main ways adapting peasant mentality context agricultural collectivization.
